Refunds

Please shop with care as all products are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Be sure to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately info@nattierceramics.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the shipping fees for the new item.

To arrange the Exchange please contact info@nattierceramics.com . Be sure to pack the return pieces securely, preferably in the original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and note Nattier Ceramics are not responsible for any damage to the posted goods.
