All items will be sent as soon as possible. If you require multiple shipments, please contact Nattier Ceramics info@nattierceramics.com so we can assist you.

Delivery of Your Goods within Australia

All parcels within Australia usually take 3-7 business days depending on the location.

Nattier Ceramics does not currently deliver to post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. If this is your only option please send an email to nattierceramics@gmail.com to make arrangements.

All orders incur a $12 flat rate freight charge Australia-wide.

International Deliveries

Nattier Ceramics is currently trialing shipping to the US for a selection of products. Rates and shipping times are determined at checkout based on cart items and location.

We are not responsible for any taxes and duties that may be required in the country of delivery.
